A Great Laugh

I just had to share this link with my readers. I will admit I am a sucker for a good vampire story, whether in book, television or movie form. But this post will make you laugh right through EVERY comment. It is worth reading.

That was great!! My favorite :

Old Vampires are the New Vampires, because honestly, the New Vampires have lost their bite (they traded it for sparkles).

Haha...congrats on your 10,000 words!!!!

Thanks for the link - good laugh. When have vampires been OUT of style? I think they've been sexy since Anne Rice's book became a movie and they cast Brad Pitt!!

Hee hee. Those poor vampires, they are falling out of the popular crowd. =( I'm hoping rabid dogs will be the next big thing!

I think The Hunger Games and The Maze Runner are going for a dystopian trend of teens locked in arenas. But just like vampires have never really been out of style, we've had plenty of dystopias before, too. It's just that YA page-turners are putting new spins on all these old faves.

Also, how about the trend of naming characters and such after random word verifications on blog comments? Laini Taylor named one of her villains "Ethiag" based on one of those generators!

Looks like my next villain will be Flabisi.
